How it works..

Feel Comfortable Before You Join

You’re not alone.

It’s normal to have questions before stepping into something new. Here’s everything you need to know — no pressure, just support whenever you’re ready.

What is it?

A relaxed, instructor-led support group where men come together online to share, listen, and support each other.

 

Is it counselling or therapy?

No. It’s not therapy or counselling — it’s a space for real conversations, led by an experienced instructor.

​

Is it life coaching?

No. There's no coaching or structured program — just informal, supportive discussions.

​

Is it a course?

No. Each session is open and unstructured, based on whatever’s on your mind.

​

What kinds of topics are discussed?

Anything you want — common topics include stress, divorce, parenting, work pressure, anxiety, loneliness, and general life struggles.

​

Is it just for men?

Yes. It’s a men-only group, designed to create a safe, non-judgmental space.

​

When and where does it happen?

Every Tuesday evening, 9–10pm (UK time), live via Zoom.

​

How does it work?

Once you sign up, you’ll get a Zoom login code. Join any Tuesday you need support.

​

Do I have to talk?

No. You’re welcome to join just to listen if that’s what feels right.

​

Do I have to show my face or real name on Zoom?

No. You can stay as anonymous as you like — video and real names are completely optional.

​

Can I join from my phone?

Yes. You can join via phone, tablet, laptop, or PC — with video or audio only.

​

Do I have to attend every week?

No. Drop in whenever you need support — no pressure, no attendance rules.

​

What if I miss a week?

No problem. Just come back when you’re ready.

Can I join mid-month?

Yes. You can start anytime — no need to wait for a new month.

How much does it cost?

Access is £47 per month — join any Tuesday session you like.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime — no long-term commitment.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Privacy and confidentiality are at the heart of everything we do. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

What if I feel nervous about joining?

That’s totally normal. You’ll be welcomed warmly, and there’s no pressure to talk until you feel ready.
